we would like to remind you of the difficulties that occur during the summer months with BioWax. Not often, but it happens.
We understand it is frustrating when your end users call and complain that the parraffin arrived in anything other than pellet form.
However, if paraffin melts and changes form in transit, the quality of the product remains consistent. Changed form of paraffin is not a valid cause for product return as it is a known seasonal risk.
