Introduction
Histology, cytology and other related scientific disciplines study the microscopic anatomy of tissues and cells. In order to demonstrate a good tissue and cellular structure, the samples need to be stained in a correct manner. Victoria Blue B powder dye is used in histology, histochemistry and cytology for nuclear staining. May also be used for quantitative phospholipids detection. Staining intensity depends on the contents of Victoria Blue B powder dye. Several factors may contribute to the results of staining, such as pH solution and buffer solutions, buffer substances, fixation and duration of the staining procedure.
