Introduction

BioGnost’s primary antibody dilution solution DeSol is used for primary antibody dilution and as a negative control in immunohistochemical staining of tissues fixed with formalin or glyoxal and embedded in paraffin. The solution is specially formulated to reduce background staining and non-specific binding of the primary antibody. In most cases, primary antibody diluted with DeSol primary antibody dilution solution (according to the manufacturer’s instructions for use) can be stored for up to 24 months at 2-8 °C.
